Upon termination of your account for cause, phrown may forfeit any bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of termination for reasons other than cause will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal processing times.
You may close your phrown account at any time by contacting phrown support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified balance will be returned to you.
